SUNNY SMOOTHIE BOWL WITH PINEAPPLE

I prepared this breakfast bowl for children, but it will surely find fans among adults, because it is delicious, maybe even the most delicious of the breakfast bowls I've prepared so far. As always, choose the toppings at your discretion - today I chose carambola, kumquats, peaches, cashews and roasted coconut chips (I bought the roasted ones).

ingredients

    2-4 servings
      • ½ a small pineapple
      • a good handful of spinach
      • 2 bananas
      • 1 apple
      • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
        For garnish:
        • 2-4 slices carambola (starfruit)
        • 2-4 kumquats
        • 1-2 peaches
        • 50 g cashews
        • a handful of roasted coconut chips
        • lemon balm leaves (optional)

        recipe

        Wash all fruits, spinach and lemon balm precisely. Peel the pineapple, the bananas and the apple. Put the spinach in the glass blender. Cut the fruits - pineapple, bananas and apple into smaller pieces and place them also in the glass blender. Add lemon juice and blend until you get a smoothie. You can also add some mineral water to improve blending. Pour the smoothie into small bowls.

        Rinse the cashew nuts in a sieve, then roast in a dry frying pan for a few minutes and finally chop them (in the raw version only rinse and chop). Slice the kumquats and peaches.

        Also, put carambola slices, peach slices, kumquats slices, chopped cashews and coconut chips into the bowls. Garnish them with the lemon balm leaves (optional). Enjoy the delicious combination of spinach and pineapple. Yummy!
